Lili Simmons is an American actress and model best known for her role as Rebecca Bowman on the Cinemax series Banshee .

Simmons was born and raised on the shore lines of Cardiff, California in San Diego County, California. At age 15, Simmons was discovered by talent manager, Kate Linden.
